Terri was raised in the Metro Denver area, graduating from Aurora Central High School where she is still on their Athletics Wall of Fame for winning the state track and field championship in the 800m run. After high school Terri attended Colorado College for her freshman year before transferring to the University of Kansas. As a Jayhawk, Terri ran cross country, the 1000m indoor, and the 1500m outdoor, where she set the school record in the 1500m run. She graduated from KU with a B.A. in Mathematics.

After college Terri spent 12 years in the health insurance and 401(k) industry working across the organization in varying roles before landing in sales. As a successful salesperson, Terri earned the Group 200 award for being a top-producing sales representative. She relocated to the Los Angeles area during this time and there she met and married her husband, Jamie.

Desiring to impact her community and future generations, Terri made the move from selling benefits to convincing young minds of the importance of mathematics. She did so by teaching high school math in Southern California, then in San Antonio, Texas when Jamie’s job moved them to the heart of Texas. After five years in Texas it was time to return home to the Denver Metro area.

Terri and her husband now reside in Westminster with their two dogs. They have three grown children and three grandchildren. On a day off you might find them on a golf course, a softball diamond, or traveling the globe to faraway destinations.

Mission Statement:

Our philosophy at Keller Williams is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
